    DESCRIPTION (subject, expectations, additional information):

    The purpose of the competition is to fill the post of academic assistant at the Institute of Law and Administration full-time, at the Pomeranian University in Słupsk as the primary workplace.

    Tasks:

  • conducting classes in the field of administrative law, administrative procedure, enforcement proceedings in the administration
  • participation in organizational and promotional works of the Institute of Law and Administration of the Pomeranian University in Słupsk
  • implementation of individual scientific and research development and team work on scientific and research projects
  • Requirements: Candidate should:

  • have a diploma of five-year uniform Master's degree in law studies
  • have a PhD on legal sciences
  • have scientific achievements in the field of legal sciences (specialization: administrative law, administrative procedure, enforcement proceedings in the administration)
  • participate in international or national scientific conferences
  • have an advanced level of knowledge at least of one of modern languages
  • have professional experience in practicing the profession of a lawyer as an attorney-at-law and should be registered on the list of attorneys-at- law
  • have professional experience in public administration institutions, in particular in the field of control and supervision over the activities of public administration
