We are seeking an outstanding professional to join the International Centre
for Transformational Entrepreneurship (ICTE) at Coventry University.
Although ICTE is a Centre within the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL), it
is also tasked with the development of entrepreneurial activity across the CU
Group. ICTE's focus on transformational entrepreneurship blends a wide range
of services and products that encompass education, research and support to
assist students, staff and businesses to be more entrepreneurial.
The individual will play a leading role in the development of research within
Core requirements include that the candidate should: possess a PhD in a
subject relevant to the discipline of Entrepreneurship; she or he will be able
to evidence 2 and 3 and star publications in peer-reviewed ABS journals; have
supervised at doctoral level, and have managed research projects.
In addition, the candidate is expected to develop relationships and
partnerships externally/internationally to foster collaboration and generate
income. Therefore the person must have a flexible approach to work, being
willing and able to travel nationally and internationally. She / he should be
self-motivated, an effective communicator and able to work as an individual
and as a member of a team. Although this is primarily a research-focused role,
the candidate will also be involved in teaching and in the supervision of
students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
