Offer Description

A candidate applying for employment should have knowledge in the field of management and quality sciences, which should be reflected in scientific research achievements. It is required to know various aspects of management in public institutions at the national and international levels. The candidate is expected to have at least a PhD in social sciences. Fluency in English is desirable, and knowledge of a second foreign language will be an asset.

Additionally, the knowledge of quality management, project management, evaluation of public policies and obtaining and using European funds is preferred. Teaching classes in international management, quality management, project management, European funds management, evaluation in public institutions will be an asset.

– academic degree: Doctor of Political Science and Administration or Doctor of Management and Quality Sciences;

– documented scientific achievements (scientific publications), including min. 3 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals;

– documented presentations at national and international conferences;

– documented teaching experience at a university;

– fluent knowledge of the Polish language;

– English language skills at least at C1 level.

Preferred additional advantages of the person applying for the position mentioned above:

– documented participation in internships and methodological workshops in Poland or abroad;

– documented experience in the organisation of conferences and scientific seminars;

– having documented experience in teaching international management, quality management, European funds management, and evaluation;

– having documented work experience in the public administration sector;

– knowing a second foreign language.
