Major Duties

- Teach graduate courses in Organizational Change Leadership (face-to-face and online).

- Advise students and supervise master's Capstone projects.

- Participate in a range of research and program activities.

- Engage in scholarship.

- Lead marketing and recruiting efforts for the program.

- Serve as Faculty Coordinator for the program.

Minimum Qualifications

- Doctoral degree Org Studies, Org Development, Human Resource Development, Org Change Leadership, or closely related field from an accredited institution.

- Experience teaching graduate level courses (face-to-face and/or online).

- Experience teaching adult learners and diverse populations.

- Experience designing marketing and recruiting efforts.

- Experience consulting with organizations.

- Experience advising undergrad and/or grad students.

Desired Qualifications

- Significant experience advising master's students in the field of org studies/change leadership.

- Evidence of scholarship in Org studies/HRD/change leadership.

- Record of professional involvement and leadership.

- Passion for and demonstrated commitment to improving the educational opportunities and outcomes of ethnically, culturally, economically, and linguistically diverse communities.
