Doane University invites applicants for a full-time faculty position at the Lincoln campus as an Assistant Professor of Practice of Counseling and Clinical Placement Director in our practitioner-focused Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) track graduate program. The Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program is CACREP accredited and has a 25-year history in the Lincoln community. The successful candidate must have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with preference given to candidates who have earned a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision, from a CACREP-accredited program. The anticipated start date for the position is January 2023.

The Assistant Professor of Practice position is a 12-month, non-tenure track position with a 30-credit hour annual workload. 30 credit hours includes responsibilities of the Clinical Placement Director, teaching, and program service.
