Position Details
Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all areas of finance, with a preference given to those experienced and interested in teaching real estate and financial institutions and markets. Experience teaching courses online is a plus. Teaching load is nine hours per semester. Candidates must have a strong commitment to research which leads to refereed publications. Service to the university and the profession is also expected.
Educational Requirements for the Position
Ph.D. or D.B.A. with specialization in Finance from an AACSB-accredited college of business program. ABD's (“All But Dissertation”) will be considered. Candidates should have potential for excellent teaching and research. Appropriate business experience is preferred.
