The UNF School of Communication seeks an individual to teach and develop courses in public relations. We seek applicants who can teach at least several of the following: PR principles, strategic writing, research and measurement, campaigns, crisis management, case studies, social media, event planning, media graphics, PR theory and research, international PR, PR in the business or nonprofit sector, and communication management. In addition to teaching and service, the position requires an active agenda of scholarly activity.

Required Qualifications Faculty Position Required Qualifications

The position begins in August 2022, and applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Public Relations/Communication/Mass Communication (or a closely related field) by that date. Applicants must also present evidence of an active program of scholarship, have university-level teaching experience and professional public relations experience.
