Description of Work
The Finance Department of the College of Business at the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking applicants for one tenure-track Assistant
Professor position in finance starting fall 2022. The position will include an
initial three course per academic year teaching load at the undergraduate
and/or graduate levels, and service expectations. Salary will be commensurate
with experience and qualifications and will be competitive with Big Ten

Minimum Required Qualifications
Candidates must have (or be near completion of) a Ph.D. in finance, a Ph.D.
in Business with an emphasis in finance, or a Ph.D. in a related discipline.
The successful candidate should show evidence of or potential for developing
and maintaining a significant research program consistent with Big Ten
university standards. Further, the applicant must have the ability to teach at
the graduate and undergraduate levels.
