14. DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments): knowledge of issues and
scientific achievements in the field of civil engineering, geotechnics, soil
mechanics and foundations, geohazard analysis and georisk, geodesy.
Candidates for the above position should meet the following
requirements:
have a diploma of graduation of the master's studies in civil engineering,
specializing in structures,
have a degree of a doctor in engineering and technical sciences in the
discipline of civil engineering and transport/civil engineering, geodesy
and transport,
meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher
Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2023 item 742 as amended) and the
Statut of Rzeszów University of Technology of 27 June 2019,
have significant scientific achievements in the disciplines of civil
engineering, geodesy and transport - at least 15 publications indexed in
the Scopus and Web of Science databases,
be recognizable in the international scientific community - minimum H
index = 6 in the Scopus and Web of Science databases,
have completed a pedagogical course,
have teaching experience in conducting classes in subjects related to
geotechnics, soil mechanics and foundations, geodesy, statistics.
have experience in the commercialization of research results (expert
opinions, research services, etc.),
have experience in participating in scientific research or teaching
projects
have an impeccable reputation in the scientific and teaching environment
have additional skills or competences related to the scope of topics
planned for conducting teaching and research work (postgraduate studies,
courses, training) are welcome.
have knowledge of the Polish language at the native language level
• have good knowledge of English.

Positive recommendation of the jury is the basis for initiating the
procedure leading to employment in the Rzeszow University of Technology in
accordance with the procedure set out in the Statute of the RUT. The final
decision on employment is made by Rector.

Your personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for an employee post at the Rzeszow University of Technology. All data that is mandatory (and stipulated by the Labour Code on 26 June 1974 – Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917) shall be processed in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, letter b 1 of the regulation and other data provided by you shall be processed in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, letter a 2 of the regulation.
