Position Summary

Graduate Inclusive Education at Stonehill College seeks an experienced, knowledgeable, and collaborative individual to join our growing graduate education team. The candidate will hold a faculty appointment and will have administrative, teaching, service, and scholarship responsibilities consistent with the mission of Graduate Inclusive Education. Applications are encouraged from candidates with a strong disciplinary background in the field of teacher education.

The successful candidate will have expertise and experience overseeing clinical education and will lead, develop, and coordinate clinical education experiences for our teacher education, teacher residency, and community education programs. This position will serve as a liaison to our partner sites, oversee field supervisors, and develop clinical experiences for graduate students. We seek a faculty member who is committed to inclusivity, diversity, and equity, and to preparing educators through the lens of anti- oppressive education.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversight of graduate clinical education & partner sites, graduate teaching, service, & scholarship.

Education and/or Experience

Ph.D. or Ed.D. Expertise and experience overseeing graduate clinical education/field experience/practica is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Massachusetts teacher preparation clinical expectations Knowledge of Massachusetts teacher preparation regulatory expectations

Physical Demands Work Environment Licenses/Certifications

Massachusetts teacher licensure (preferred)
