The LSU Health Sciences Center, Department of Medicine, Section of Rheumatology in New Orleans, seeks an enthusiastic faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (non-tenure, clinical track).

The successful candidate will have an interest in academic medicine, an excellent training background and an interest in building an academic clinical practice. The successful candidate will participate in teaching medical students, residents and fellows, delivering clinical service, and participate in our various research programs. We welcome newly graduated fellows and junior faculty to apply. LSUHSC offers an excellent benefit package and salary is commensurate with experience.

Candidate should be an MD, DO or equivalent, board certified or have an intended certification and have a license to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana, prior to the start date.
