a) have full legal capacity,
b) enjoy full public rights
have not been punished by a final judgment fòr an intentional offense or intentional fiscal offense,
have not been punished with a disciplinary penalty depriving them of the right to pursue the profession of an academic teacher fòr a fixed or temporary period, or expulsion from work at the university with a ban on working at universities for a period of 6 months to 5 years
have the qualifications specified in the Law of Higher Education and University's statute
