Position Summary Information

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree

· NCAA Division I Football Recruiting, Coaching Experience or Playing Experience

· Experience and Knowledge of University, NCAA Rules and Conference Compliance Rules

· Knowledge of the High Schools, High School Coaches and High School Prospects

· Experience with Official and Unofficial Recruiting Visits of High School Prospects and Parents

· Experience with Hudl, Catapult Thunder/DVSport, Recruiting Databases, Recruiting Services and Microsoft Office

License/Certification Required

Preferred Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Player Personnel with the day-to-day recruiting operations:

· Assist with maintaining database of high school prospects and the college transfer portal.

· Assist with evaluating of high school prospects and the college transfer portal.

· Prepare film on prospective student-athletes to highlight abilities/skills that coaches will then use to make an evaluation.

· Assist with communication efforts with prospective student-athletes, families and high school coaches.

· Assist with organizing official and unofficial prospect visitations.

· Assist with walk-on players.

· Assist with roster management.

· Assist with all paperwork for all aspects of visits i.e. lodging, meals, tours etc.

· Assist in coordinating and organizing high school camps and clinics.

· Entertain high school coaches and prospects at practice and games.

· Assist with hiring and organizing student support staff.

Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach Associate AD for Football Operations.
