General Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Life Safety & Emergency Management, the Assistant Director has multifaceted responsibilities for leading and coordination of the development, implementation and administration of the university's comprehensive emergency preparedness, business continuity and hazard mitigation programs and assisting Life Safety and EMS programs as required. He/she assist the university in effecting compliance with varies federal, state, local regulatory and non-regulatory requirements pertaining to, emergency preparedness, business continuity, mitigation, and life safety.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
(Will consider candidates with associate degree and 7 years' experience in area related to emergency management, hazard mitigation, business continuity, emergency response, criminal justice, emergency medical services, health or another related field).
