Job Specific Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree with relevant marketing, sales or fundraising experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality as well as a proven ability to articulate organizational objectives and development goals.

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Willingness to work nights and weekends, as required.

· Intermediate to advanced level skills using various MS Office applications and Google Suite.

Duties

Collaborates with the Senior Director of Annual Giving to develop annual goals and objectives and operating budget. Analyzes existing annual giving programs and goals; using results to determine new strategies and appropriate modifications. Utilizes results to develop a set of acceptable evaluation mechanisms and benchmarks to establish how future success is measured.

Develops and manages solicitation strategies for young alumni Kettering Keepers program and current student donor constituencies.

Percent of total time 15

Duties

Creates and produces the development of printed materials used to promote and solicit contributions of unrestricted funds, including direct mail, email correspondence and response mechanisms.

Duties

Together with the Senior Director of Annual Giving is responsible for acknowledging annual gifts and stewarding annual donors, as well as continued outreach encouraging employer matching contributions.

Duties

Develops and manages social media communications plans and crowdfunding sites to receive gifts through online platforms.
