The Gould School of Law is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Annual Giving. This outward facing position will carry a large portfolio of annual giving leadership alumni donors and parents. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving will cultivate and solicit alumni and parents to join, renew and upgrade their membership in Gould's Law Leadership Society and steward members by making personal contact with them throughout the year. The position reports to the Director of Annual Giving and Parent Relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Experience: 2-4 years in development or related work.
Job Accountabilities:
Carry a large portfolio of annual giving leadership alumni donors and parents.
Cultivate and solicit alumni and parents to join, renew and upgrade their membership in Gould's Law Leadership Society
Steward donors by building connections with them and engaging them in the life of the school.
Work collaboratively with the Engagement Manager, the Sr. Associate Director of Stewardship, the Development Directors and other team members.
Meet annual goals for funds raised, substantive visits and contacts completed and increases in Gould's Law Leadership Society membership.
Assist, as needed, in solicitation of the 3L class and support student organizations in their fundraising.
Assist the Director of Annual Giving and Parent Relations with outreach to law firms, as required.
Assist the Director of Annual Giving and Parent Relations with parent programming, as needed.
Attend evening and weekend events for our Law Leadership Society members.
Depending on law school business needs, will assist minimally with exam administration and/or proctoring each semester, and commencement each year.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $80,000.
