Job Description Summary
The Assistant Director of International Admission is responsible for new international student recruitment and admission goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Undergraduate Admission and works collaboratively with all Admissions and the International Student Services staffs to achieve enrollment goals. This position is expected to closely coordinate activities with Undergraduate and Graduate Admission, especially on recruiting strategies, outreach, processes, and metrics for success. Specific Duties
Generate New Students : Generate new leads for international recruitment by planning in person and virtual recruitment and outreach events and initiatives.
Manage Leads: Track & follow-up with all leads in the form of RFIs, RSVPs, walk-ins or referrals through personal contact and CRM system.
Respond to the leads:
Teamwork/Collaboration: Work collaboratively with admission team to meet recruitment goals for the La Verne campus. Work with the Director of Undergraduate Admission in setting up enrollment goals driven by enrollment projections and develop strategies to achieve them:
All other duties as assigned by Director of Undergraduate Admission
