The Assistant Director, Graduate Programs position within the Sawyer Business School is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to all stakeholders. The Assistant Director is cross trained on SBS graduate programs and is a key contributor to implementing the high-quality customer experience process across all SBS graduate programs. Responsibilities include: recruitment and marketing; advising and student services; student engagement; admissions and yield strategies; event management as well as special projects.
The Assistant director reports directly to the Sr. Associate Director/Director of Graduate Programs while working closely with the Academic Directors in support of the MSA, MSF, MSBA and MSM and graduate certificate programs. This role contributes to the University's various Strategic Plan 2025 goals including student engagement/community, integrated education, career readiness, reputation, and student retention activities for new and continuing students.
