Posting Summary

The Assistant Director will provide extended oversight of a NCAA Division III Intercollegiate Athletic Program. They will assist with the development and implementation of NCAA Division III Athletic programming compliant with University and NCAA regulations. Duties will include the oversight and facilitation of all financial and business affairs including all aspects of athletic department employee relations. The position will provide oversight to the management of the athletic office that includes part-time staff and one full time employee, and will serve as the primary advisor to the student athlete advisory committee (SAAC).

This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of Athletic administration.

Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree preferred with two years of experience within and intercollegiate athletic department.

Equipment Utilized

Familiar with excel, power point presentations and cornerstone financial systems.

Immunization Requirements
