Position Details Position Purpose
Position Purpose: Reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Management, the Assistant Dean for Medical School Admissions for the OUWB School of Medicine has overarching responsibility for leading and managing all operational aspects of the MD admissions process, from initial outreach to matriculation. Specifically, the Assistant Dean designs, implements, maintains and evaluates all programs, policies and systems that support student admissions. The Assistant Dean will represent the OUWB School of Medicine to various constituents and at multiple events throughout the country. She/he will serve as the primary contact and liaison to internal and external constituents in collaborative efforts of program reporting and data analysis. The Assistant Dean will work with the Dean and the Dean's leadership team in strategic planning, program development and funding outreach.
