Position Summary
The Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences, Department of Health Sciences, UNC School of Medicine, invites applications for a tenure- track position in the area of communication sciences and disorders in adult or pediatric populations. The position is focused on speech-language pathology, but a broad range of areas of expertise will be considered. Responsibilities include teaching at the master's and doctoral levels, research, academic advising, and mentoring of Ph.D. students.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications: 1) a doctoral degree in speech-language pathology or a related area and 2) evidence of excellence in research and scholarship in the area of communication sciences and disorders. Candidates must have an active research agenda and excellent potential for obtaining extramural funding.

Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
