Applications are being accepted for a 12-Month Assistant Professor/Associate Professor , Tenure Track in the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program at the University of New England (UNE), in Portland, Maine. This position include teaching, student advising, course development, and service. Tenure track positions include active scholarship and research as well as teaching within the research sequence. The successful candidate will possess recent experience with effective learner-centered teaching, a strong interest in interprofessional education, the ability to teach across the UNE MSOT curriculum, and a team-centered/collaborative philosophy. Opportunity to teach a variety of curricular content, across the lifespan, exists based on applicant's area of expertise.

UNE's Portland campus is located in a suburban neighborhood and provides an intimate New England architectural setting on 41 acres. The University of New England's MSOT program was established in 1981 as the first program in Maine. We are proud to have an accomplished faculty which includes three Fellows of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
