Job Description:

The W. Fielding Rubel School of Business at Bellarmine University invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting. This is a tenure track position. The Rubel School of Business is accredited by AACSB. In alignment with the University's commitment to equity and inclusion, we seek an individual dedicated to and invested in equity and inclusiveness.

The position will primarily teach Financial Accounting courses (principles/intermediate). We are interested in individuals who are student- centered and enjoy teaching, advising, and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • An earned Doctorate in Accounting and evidence of scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed journal publications
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to teach Cost Accounting and/or Accounting Information Systems
  • CPA certification and public and/or corporate experience
