Applications are invited from those who fulfil the statutory requirements
specified in the Higher Education Act from 20th July 2018 (Dz. U. z 2018 r.,
poz. 1668) and the statutes of the University of Wroclaw
A PhD degree in the field of Economics or Finance.
A scholarly output in the field of Economics and Finance that fits the research plans of the hiring department and institute, confirmed by published peer-reviewed work.
Competencies, qualifications, and experience allowing the applicant to teach courses in the economics, marketing, international marketing both in Polish and English.
Participation in research projects financed from public funds (e.g. NCN, EU).
A good command of English is required to prepare and conduct classes in that language (readiness for an interview in English is required in order to verify candidate's language skills). In the case of a foreign language applicant – fluency in Polish (readiness for an interview in Polish is required in order to verify candidate's language skills).
Active involvement in popularizing economics outside the academic environment.
Statement on representing the scientific discipline: Economics and Finance in 100%.
Conducting classes in Polish and English in the following subjects: economics, marketing, international marketing.
Conducting scientific research, national and international cooperation in the field of research activities.
Scientific activity in the discipline of economics and finance according to the standards adopted at the University of Wrocław (publication of scientific papers in highly scored international and national journals).
Organizational activity at the Faculty and at the Institute, performing organizational work for the University, Faculty and Institute.

A summary of scientific and educational accomplishments as well as others, connected with organization and popularization of science; the summary should also include the information regarding candidate's mobility and refer to the criterion of internationalization.
A list of the candidate's scientific publications for a period not exceeding 10 years and a description of educational accomplishments as well as others, connected with organization and popularization of science
Electronic versions of two most important publications, which the applicant regards as representative of his/her scholarly output.
Two letters of recommendation which include the information about the applicant's academic, educational and organizational records. These letters should be sent by their authors directly to the Chair of the Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org) and are public only to the members of the Committee. When applying, the candidate renounces the right of access to these letters
