The Applied Behavioral Sciences programs at National Louis University are
growing and the university is looking to build a strong pool of adjuncts and
part faculty to serve our students. We invites applicants who are passionate
about the field and practitioners who will bring their clinical experience to
life and help train our students in both the Master of Science and Ed.S
programs. The responsibilities are flexible and can be combination of
teaching, mentoring, and supervising thesis research.
The ABA Program at National Louis University is seeking highly qualified
candidates for part-time faculty positions in our growing M.S. and Ed.S.
programs. We offer a wide range of coursework in ABA, including a BACB®
approved course sequence that meets requirements for the BACB® 4th and 5th ed.
Task Lists. Courses run 10 weeks during the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall
• Teach courses and engage students in ABA curriculum through discussion and
assignments as outlined in the course syllabi.
• Provide students substantive feedback and respond to student questions and
concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and

This position has a variety of teaching load options, which provides schedule
flexibility for the successful candidate. Applicants must also be willing to
teach at other Chicagoland area campuses and or online as needed.
• A doctorate in the discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis OR…
• A doctorate in a related field AND board certification (BCBA or BCBA-D)
• Board certification AND completion of all doctoral-level coursework in
Applied Behavior Analysis OR…
• Board certification AND at least three years of cumulative full-time work as
a faculty member at an accredited higher education institution.
• Teaching and clinical practice experience in the field;
• Record of effective teaching, interest and experience teaching online
courses and using technology in teaching
