The University of Reading is seeking to appoint an Application & Deployment Engineer to further grow our Application & Deployment capability. Responsible for the packaging of applications for staff and students, this role joins a team dedicated to ensuring that staff and students alike have easy access to applications they require for teaching and learning.
The team has undergone huge expansion over the past 3 years, allowing us to focus on the student and staff experience when launching applications.
On a day to day basis you will be packaging applications for delivery to our end users through AppsAnywhere (Cloud Paging), SCCM and InTune. This role has wide reaching communications with staff outside of the Digital Technology Service, to ensure that applications are packaged, tested and ready for use in teaching and learning.
