DESCRIPTION (topics, expectations, comments): 1. The competition may be entered by persons who: • meet the requirements specified in Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574, as amended); • have a doctoral degree in the discipline of management and quality science; • scientific achievements in the field of management and quality sciences; • professional management experience gained outside higher education; • knowledge of the Polish language sufficient to enable conducting classes with students; • English acqusition on the communicative level;

2. Candidates entering the competition are obliged to submit the following documents: • application for employment addressed to the Rector of the Masovian Academy in Płock; • CV; • personal questionnaire; • a personally certified copy of the award of the doctoral degree; • personally certified copies of diplomas; • list of scientific publications; • a statement that the Masovian Academy in Płock will be the primary place of work; • copies of documents confirming professional work; • declaration of compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science (https: // mazowiecka.edu.pl/dla-pracownikow-2/); • consent to the processing of personal data (https: // mazowiecka.edu.pl/dla- pracownikow-2/); • information clause (https: // mazowiecka.edu.pl/dla-pracownikow-2/); • possibly other documents justifying the candidacy. All documents should be signed.
Selection process
The documents should be submitted in a closed envelope with the note "Konkurs na stanowisko adiunkta na Wydziale Nauk Społecznych Akademii Mazowieckiej w Płocku (nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości)" to the following address: Akademia Mazowiecka in Płock, 09-402 Płock, Plac Dąbrowskiego 2, Kancelaria Ogólna, room B205 (2nd floor) from Monday to Friday from: 07.30-15.30. Candidates whose offers were not accepted by the Competition Committee will not be informed about the results of the procedure. We reserve the right to cancel the competition proceedings without giving a reason. Winning the competition does not guarantee employment. If the competition offer is sent by post, the date of receipt at the University is decisive, not the date of the postmark.
