Overview

The Culinary Supervisor will oversee either the A-Grill or Blue Dragon Mongolian Grill at the Marketplace. They will be responsible for training, retraining, & supervising staff in those stations on proper cooking techniques and procedures. They will work closely with the Executive Chef and Front of House Management to ensure the highest quality, safety standards, and customer service standards are being upheld.

  • Responsibilities

    The Culinary Supervisors will be responsible for upholding proper food safety practices and ensure quality at the Blue Dragon or A-Grill in the Aggie Marketplace. Additionally, they will be responsible for training, retraining, & supervising employees in their assigned locations. They will work with closely with Executive Chef & Front of the House Management to ensure the highest standards of culinary quality and customer service are being upheld.

    Qualifications
  • 1 year Line Cook or other Culinary Experience
  • Knowledge of Food Safety practices- Serve Safe Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Supervisory Experience Preferred
