The management of Plant Sciences Group (PSG) envisions the formation of an advisory team of three advisors to support them in the strategic management of the Plant Sciences Group in the coming years. The management consists of a Managing Director and an Operations Director. Due to growth and replacement, we are looking for two advisors. An important selection criteria is whether the advisors are complementary to each other and to the existing advisor. Together you are responsible for management support, each with their own focus area. We are considering emphases in these 3 areas:

In addition to these first-rate employee benefits, you will of course receive a good salary. We offer, depending on your experience, a competitive gross salary of between € 4.149,- and € 6.978,- for a full-time working week of 36 hours, in accordance with the CLA Wageningen Research (scale 12/13). You will initially receive a one-year contract, which will be extended to an open- ended contract upon in mutual enthusiasm.
