Funded through Johnson & Johnson, The Advancing Community Development Program is a six-credit, experiential learning program where students from multiple disciplines/majors learn about community health outcomes and how they are influenced by anchor institutions, local government and community organizations. In the Fall, students are given the opportunity to learn directly from leaders in the community, government, and health professionals through its guest speaker component.
