About the Role The Advancement team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for an Advancement Operations Coordinator to join their team!
The Advancement Operations Coordinator (Gift and Data Processing) is key part of the Advancement Operations team, led by the Data and CRM Leader. The coordinator is responsible for developing a high-level in-depth knowledge of Advancement business systems and processes quickly to deliver a pipeline of service requests to the wider Advancement team, enabling the University's philanthropic, alumni and stakeholder engagement strategies.
The coordinator will be expected to support the Data and CRM Leader, focusing on gift administration, including gift receipting and pledge creation, and data processing tasks.
This position demands a strong commitment to providing high quality customer service to all clients whether they are Advancement colleagues or external to the team. The incumbent requires the ability to assess client needs quickly and accurately and act upon them appropriately.
