Job Summary:

  • Application Processing

  • Assist with application processing and data integrity by running queries to locate and update missing or incorrect data on applicant records.
  • Review applicant records for missing or miscoded application checklist materials.
  • High School Transcript Processing

  • Review incoming high school transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
  • GPA Recalculation

  • Learn how to assess individual classes and courses and, where required, translate grades into a standardized 4.0 scale GPA equivalent.
  • Admission Mail

  • Receive, scan, and import application documents/transcripts into the CRM system.
  • Utilize tools within the CRM to identify, categorize, and assign each document to the correct applicant record.
  • Admission Email Account

  • Assist with the monitoring of the Admission Inbox within the CRM.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and high school officials.
  • Upload and categorize documents and materials, sent via email, to student application records.
  • Resolve or reassign emails considered junk or not requiring a response.
  • Minimum Qualifications & Education:

  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, tact, and discretion.
  • Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.
  • Knowledge and practice of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven customer service experience and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and families.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software for word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
  • Ability to maintain and update files and records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze information and exercise sound judgment in determining eligibility for financial aid.
  • Ability to interpret and understand complex instructions and regulations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education.
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems.
  • Experience working with Technolutions Slate CRM system.
  • Additional Position Information:

    Pay: Rollins offers a competitive hourly rate and there are no benefits associated with this position.

    Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment (see below). To work remotely, you will need to have a laptop or PC, a reliable internet connection, and audio equipment to take part in online meetings.
  • Work requires visual strain and use of computer.
  • Schedule: This position will work approximately 30 hours per week, for a total of less than 1,000 hours per year. Office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. This role will be split between an office environment (2 days) and working remotely (2 days). The position is temporary and will work from mid September - mid December.
