Oxford Brookes University is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and highly motivated UK Admissions Associate, as a member of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate, you will work as part of a dynamic team who apply their professional skills and expertise to process applications. As an Admissions Associate you will use defined entry criteria and an understanding of UK and international qualifications to make decisions on standard applications for study at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Overall Purpose of the post of Admissions Associate: The role of Admissions Associate will deliver timely and accurate processing of admissions decisions across the full range of undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. As part of the wider Admissions Operations team you will contribute to delivering high levels of customer service for applicants, colleagues and partner organisations.

Qualifications and Experience for the post Admissions Associate: You'll have a good understanding of the UK higher education admissions process, including the principles of fair admissions. We'll work with you to develop your professional knowledge of global qualifications, as well as the ability to understand applicant's broader academic and contextual background.

You will be motivated and prepared to work flexibly across a busy team to ensure that we deliver against agreed standards and performance requirements.

This role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Skilled Worker visa under the points based immigration system, however applications are welcome from candidates who don't currently have the right to work in the UK, but who would be eligible to obtain a visa via another route.
