The Role
2 Positions
Fixed Term (up to December 2023), Full Time
Level 4 - $65,926 to $71,565 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
As an Admissions Assistant, you will assist in the processing of domestic
student applications, including assisting with eligibility and error checks
and contributing to the smooth functioning of processes. In addition, you may
assist applicants in navigating their application experience and help solve
problems as they arise via phone, email and online chat.
To be successful you will have:
Exceptional administrative skills with a high level of accuracy
Proven experience and commitment to delivering quality customer service in
a high-volume processing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines and
work under pressure
Ability to learn new things quickly and easily adapt to the use of
different systems
