The Admissions Office wish to recruit a full-time Admissions Administrator to join a busy team working with applications from prospective students to the University at postgraduate taught level.
The post holder will have responsibility for making admissions decisions for a range of applications within pre-agreed frameworks. Extensive use of initiative, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and respond positively to regular interruptions in workflow are essential.
The post holders will be required to adhere to high standard of customer service and exercise tact and discretion when responding to applicants, their agents or other stakeholders. Prior experience of working within a team is critical.
