Summary
Provides management of all admission processes including supervisor of all
student workers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide overall support to the Office of Admission for both Angola and TOL
Manages tracking of all inventory and filling of inventory requests
Runs all processes daily out of Slate
Maintain new student files
Supervisor of all ADM student workers
Co-Manage the tele-counseling process, student callers and weekly reports,
call lists and training
Interviews, hires and trains all office student workers
Co-Manages, hires and trains all tour guides
Back up to front desk as needed
Back up to senior admission coordinator as needed
Other duties as assigned by the V.P. For Enrollment Management
Education and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years
of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
