We are looking for enthusiastic and organised administrators to join the College of Health and Science. There are five exciting opportunities available:
1.CSS549 Administrator, School of Psychology – full-time at 37 hours per week, fixed-term for 12 months or until the early return of the substantive post holder.
This role forms part of the School of Psychology's administrative team, supporting the School's PGCert Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) and PGDip High Intensity Psychological Interventions (HIPI) programmes from admissions through to completion. The PWP and HIPI programmes are externally- funded by NHS England. Trainees attend University part-time, with the remainder of their time spent in service. In this exciting and varied role, in addition to overseeing administration of all parts of the student journey, you will be a key point of contact for external stakeholders, employers, and accrediting bodies.
2.CSS615 Administrator, School of Health and Social Care – full- time at 37 hours per week, fixed-term for 12 months or until the early return of the substantive post holder.
This role sits within the School of Health and Social Care administrative team, supporting our Apprenticeship programmes, Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Social Work. This role will work with various departments within the University, as well as our external stakeholders, such as NHS organisations and local councils, working together to support the learners while also helping remain compliant with the governance of the apprenticeships in relation to bodies like EFSA and Ofsted. This role will mainly focus on the recruitment of learners onto the programmes, but will support, where necessary, throughout the learner journey.
3.COS034 Administrator, School of Pharmacy – full-time at 37 hours per week, permanent.
This role within the School of Pharmacy supports the student journey from admissions through to graduation on a range of courses, including taught and research programmes. As part of a busy and ambitious administrative team, you will provide a key student- and staff-facing service, receiving and directing enquiries, advising on a range of policies and procedures, and maintaining student records including receipt and entry of assessment marks. You will work with other administrators and academics within the School and College and will also be a key link between the School and central University services, to ensure adherence to University processes as well as innovating and developing new processes to improve efficiency.
4.HLSS2116 Administrator, School of Psychology – full-time at 37 hours per week, permanent.

5.COS918 Project Administrator, Lincoln Medical School – full-time at 37 hours per week, permanent.
We have an exciting opportunity in the Lincoln Medical School to work as part of the project and administration team, to support the establishment and operation of an independent Medical School and its associated activities. Lincoln Medical School is embarking on the process to become an independent Medical School over the next 5 years, and you will be a key member of the team to support the next exciting phase and beyond. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised with strong attention to detail. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, as well as being able to use your initiative and be flexible to handle the competing priorities of the day-to-day job. You will provide a professional administration service with internal and external stakeholders whilst managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
For all of these roles, we are looking for candidates who are proactive and able to work on their own initiative to problem-solve and identify opportunities, with great communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to staff and students in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities. In these roles, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective administration of a wide range of activities, working in collaboration with colleagues across the University, as well as external stakeholders.
