Estates & Facilities Professional & Business Support Grade 4 - £21,197 to £23,715 dependent on experience
The Estates Administrator will support the Estates Admin Manager in providing an effective and efficient administrative support for a range of processes within the Estates and Facilities Directorate. You will work with a variety of teams and services within the directorate as well as our customers to provide an excellent, responsive customer service.
With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will provide ‘Helpdesk' assistance to customers. You will assist in supporting senior manages with diary/email management and organising meetings. You will also be systems administrator, processing and recording data, raising requisitions, and record keeping. This role is extremely varied, and no two days are the same!
You'll need to be customer focused, have good communication skills and be confident working with stakeholders. You need to be good at working independently and using your initiative, alongside strong IT skills.
