About This Role:
This position reports to the Executive Director for OIES and also works closely with OIES team members. The person in this role is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the department. The Administrative Specialist exercises broadly delegated authority in the administration of the department with regards to marketing communication, purchasing, accounting, office management, and other administrative activities. Responsibilities require communication and technical skills, considerable energy, initiative, judgement, reliability, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and organization and knowledge of department and University policies. Excellent customer service and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
What You'll Do – Position Duties
As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:
Working with Student Health Center Insurance Coordinator and AHP Health Insurance
Provider to enroll new and continuing international students and their dependents with
AHP health insurance for the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
