We are seeking an Administrative Officer/Team Leader to join the busy Student Records Section within the central Registry Services team at the University.
The post holder will be the main point of contact for the Student Records Section for their designated academic areas and have responsibility for maintaining electronic records related to the students, as well as assisting students with their online course registration and module selection. The post holder will also prepare information for Board of Examiners meetings to confirm results, progression and awards.
The successful applicant will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organisational abilities. You will have strong IT skills as most of the work will be using the Student Records database. You will be a strong team player while retaining the ability to work autonomously, and have experience of supervising a small team of staff.
