Location: Southampton General Hospital Salary: £22,149 to £25,642 Per Annum Full Time Permanent Closing Date: Sunday 04 December 2022 Interview Date: To be confirmed Reference: 2010422AJ-R

The working location can be split between Southampton General Hospital and Highfield Campus with the option of hybrid working (working from home).

This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to join our busy Exams and Assessment Team. You will work closely with the Team Leader, Senior Administrative Officer and other Faculty teams, and with colleagues across Student and Education Services to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the Faculty's Assessment activities. Major elements of the post will be to ensure the smooth running of all assessments including e-Assignment, OSCEs and other practical exams, supporting the Boards of Examiner and progression processes and updating University systems.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively. You will be patient, friendly, well organised and adaptable taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work accurately. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service.
