Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator plays an essential role in coordinating a wide range of activities and projects in a busy office, supporting the Dean of Students in carrying out department goals. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Dean of Students and Operations Analyst. Responsibilities include operations, budget and personnel support, communication and implementation of policies and procedures, data entry and tracking related to Student Support, Success, and Retention projects event coordination, day-to day support for departmental budgets and reporting

The Office of the Dean of Students serves as a resource for helping students resolve university-related issues and concerns in support of student individual/academic success and is committed to supporting the academic success of students by fostering the development of integrity and problem solving skills, teaching self-advocacy and personal responsibility; and helping students understand the fundamental principles of good citizenship and responsible leadership.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or its equivalent. Type 45 wpm. Four years of general office support experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience.)
Possession of a valid driver's license or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Salary:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $42,064 - $51,360 Per Year
Classification Range: $42,060 - $66,096 per year
