As a member of the Management and Administration Support Service (MASS) team in the School, you will provide administrative support to a wide range of activities across the School. You will also work closely with the Deputy School Manager to proactively undertake activities to ensure the MASS office provides a professional, responsive and efficient service at all times.
In this campus based role, you will be the first point of contact for all our visitors, providing an efficient and professional reception service, dealing with a range of enquiries in person, by phone and by email ensuring excellent customer care practices are maintained at all times.
With experience of working in an administrative role you will have excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional administrative service. You will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
