Administrative Assistant, Grade 3, 1 FTE, Specific Purpose Contract, Payroll and Expenses Office

Applications are invited for an appointment as Payroll and Expenses Administrator, Grade 3, 1 FTE at University of Galway.

This post is being offered as a specific purpose contract and will terminate by reason of the expiry of its specific purpose. It is anticipated that the duration of this assignment will be circa 6 months.

Salary: €39,321 to €55,280 pro rata p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January 2011) and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the University's Remuneration policy.

QA321 Remuneration and Payroll. This appointment will be made on the Grade 3 scale in line with current Government pay policy.

A panel may be created from the list of successful candidates for other Specific Purpose Grade 3 roles within the Bursar's Office.
