Job Title Administrative Assistant
The Admin Assistant – is valued member of the COVID-19 Response Unit (CRU)
and works collaboratively with the onsite staff testing those who may have
been exposed to COVID-19 or may be experiencing symptoms.
This position involves interacting face-to-face and on the phone, with a
diverse community of ND students, faculty, and staff. This person is
responsible for greeting those arriving with appointments, checking on which
test they need, providing information about the University's CRU unit and
answering programmatic, procedural, and policy questions. This position will
also provide administrative support for the Testing Unit, contact tracers,
hotline, or any other requirements for the CRU. The staff member must be
comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Strong organizational and communications skills, the ability to prioritize
work and to multitask.
Working knowledge of office equipment and strong experience with MS Office
applications and applicable software used at testing site.
