The appointee is expected to (a) provide administrative and operational
support to the Division's teaching and research-related activities; (b) be
responsible for curriculum-related and admission duties; (c) organise
various recruitment and student activities as well as school events; (d)
handle students' enquiries; (e) coordinate research grant applications and
support research postgraduate administration; (f) liaise with internal units
and external bodies; and (g) perform other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with relevant work experience. A
good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua, and proficiency in
computer software applications are required. The appointee should be
meticulous, attentive to details and able to multitask. He/She should be a
self-starter and team player with a keen interest in working with people of
diverse cultural backgrounds. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of 1 year
