Administrative Assistant II in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 522825) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good University degree, with at least 5 years' solid administrative work experience preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT knowledge are essential. They should be a good team-player and self-motivated; have a strong sense of responsibility and work ethics; be able to work independently and keep their subordinates motivated to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Experience in programme management would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the planning, execution and development of programmes, inclusive of programme management and administration, assessment, curriculum revisions, quality assurance, enhancement of the programmes, secretarial support to relevant committees and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
