Job Summary

Provides administrative and operational support for Transportation Services. Serve as primary department contact by resolving customer concerns and addresses and urgent operations issues. This is a third shift position (starting Sunday at 10:00 PM and ending at 6:30 AM on Friday).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver license (or other such valid operator's permit recognized by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation) and be able to meet or exceed the minimum requirements for driving on state business as detailed here: https: //
  • Evidence of proficiency with basic computer skills including the Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to work in both an office atmosphere and outside in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Evidence of strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Evidence of strong customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and working independently.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
