To provide highly skilled administrative support service to the Associate Vice President for Budgets, Planning and Analysis and to the areas supervised by this administrator. Responsible for daily office management and administrative functions related to departmental fiscal management, budget preparations, correspondence, and personnel matters. This position requires complex decision making while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Working Conditions
