Job Summary: Manages office to include coordinating and arranging counseling appointments; supervising and coordinating clerical workers; and monitoring and maintaining budget transactions for departmental accounts, purchasing and leasing agreements under supervision of the Director or designee.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and six months related experience and/or training in office management, clerical duties or college campus supports; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with prior experience and/or training in office management, clerical duties or college campus supports.
